xOTA is a free and open platform for licensed amateur radio operators to retrieve/post spotting information, brief weather reports, atmospheric conditions and more for times in which mobile data may not be available. Utilizing technologies such as satellite messengers, and radio data protocols, operators will be able to communicate and work with the platform.
